Patrick Stewart Engaged to Sunny Ozell

The captain is ready to complete his next mission. Patrick Stewart from Star Trek the Next Generation and X-Men fame is now ready to take the marital plunge for the third time. Stewart’s first marriage to Shelia Falconer lasted 24 years and ended in divorce in 1990.  In 1997, Stewart married Wendy Neuss who was a producer on Star Trek The Next Generation. That marriage ended in divorce 3 years later in 2000.  His fans are hoping that the third time will be a charm as Stewart gets ready to walk down the aisle again.

Stewart has been romantically linked to Ozell since 2007 shortly after Stewart split from British actress Lisa Dillon. The jazz singer and the science fiction legend had their first date with her coming to watch him in his performance of Macbeth where she then contemplated whether to meet him backstage or head for the hills. Having seen every episode of Star Trek is what lured her backstage knowing that beneath that performance lay a great man. For some time after the two maintained a long distance relationship as both pursued their own careers.

Ozell show off her oversized white gold diamond ring on twitter and the world was abuzz with the size of the stone. The solitaire was one that no one could take their eyes off of. Well done sir. However, the highlight of the ceremony for science fiction fans is the fact that the ceremony will be officiated by Stewart’s lifelong friend Sir Ian McKellen. It is rumored that the idea for McKellen to officiate the ceremony was Ozell’s. The pair has been friends for a lifetime and the couple could not imagine having anyone else standing with them on that special day. This will not be the first time that McKellen has officiated a ceremony. In a previous ceremony he joined a couple in a civil ceremony and wore a white gown that he bought in India stating that, you must not upstage the bride.”

Tamra Barney has agreed to marry her boyfriend and current business partner Eddie Judge. Much of the current season of the Real Housewives this season has centered on whether or not Eddie is ready to set a date. Tamra assures everyone that there is definitely a wedding in her future and that the wedding will take place in June.

Tamra who has long referred to herself as the hottest housewife and in keeping with that attitude has revealed that there will be at least three dresses required for her big day. She will of course have the dress for the ceremony, and then she will do a wardrobe change for a dinner/cocktail type hour and will finally change into a dress for her reception.

Though Tamra and Eddie are quite excited to share their big day with the world, there are rumors that the proposal was actually orchestrated by Bravo. Slade Smiley actually came out and said the network offered to provide he and longtime girlfriend Gretchen with an exotic location and a ring if he was willing to propose on the show. Very soon afterwards the world watched as Tamra and Eddie decided they were finally ready.

While all of the who’s who in Hollywood was focused on the Oscars, the two took that as an opportunity to celebrate their love in a private ceremony. The wedding took place at the couple’s home in Los Angeles where they were surrounded by family and friends. In all, there were only eight guests at the wedding. The couple has been together for nearly four years and first became engaged on Valentine’s Day of 2010. A year later the couple celebrated the birth of their daughter Sadie Grace LeNoble.

Her new ring was created to be anything but a typical wedding ring. The idea was that the wedding band would fit perfectly with her engagement ring so the wedding ring was made just like a sleeve that would accompany the original ring. It is platinum and diamond inset with tiny little diamonds everywhere.

The two have been dating for over five years and Applegate credits her beau with saving her life after her double mastectomy. She has been quoted as saying that she had a small but mighty support system and that he was an incredible part of her life and that support system. At a time when there was a tremendous amount of loss in her life, he was an incredible help in her process. This will be the second marriage for both performers. Applegate divorced That Thing You Do’s Jonathon Schaech in 2007 after six years of marriage.

Doug Reinhardt is finally ready to take the plunge. After all this time, he is settling down with a familiar face. Doug has been previously linked romantically to hotel heiress Paris Hilton, teen star Amanda Bynes, Hills costar Lauren Conrad and former Miss USA Rima Fakih. However, despite the fact that the list of his exes reads like a list of who’s who in Hollywood, Reinhardt is settling down with his “high school sweetheart.”  The couple announced their engagement earlier this year via Instagram with the caption “Cat’s Out of the Bag”.

Allie Lutz and Doug Reinhart have dated one another off and on and she even made her own appearance on The Hills. She was introduced to the show during season six of the show when her friend McKaela Line who began dating Brody Jenner. During the season her storyline exploded due to several disagreements with her costar Kristen Cavaleri. The pair knew each other from their days in Laguana and apparently did not get along. If you have been on ring watch for the bling that supermodel Elle Macpherson has been sporting lately, then the wait is finally over. Macpherson has been keeping the ring under wraps for weeks, but photos have finally emerged of the enormous rock. The ring is a knuckle-sized stone in an emerald cut set on a plain band. It is now official that the former Fashion Star host is now engaged to billionaire boyfriend Jeff Sofer. The two first began dating in 2011 and after a brief split in 2012, Macpherson accepted his proposal of marriage earlier this year. The two reconciled their relationship after she rushed to his side following a helicopter crash that threatened his life and killed one of his closest friends. Real Housewives Star Kandi Burruss Engaged to Be Married

We have watched Real Housewives star Kandi Burruss struggle with her personal life over the last several seasons of the Real Housewives of Atlanta. This last year however she found her knight in shining armor on a trip with the show.

As of New Year’s 2013, Kandi Burruss is now engaged to Todd Tucker a line producer for the show on Bravo. Their relationship has not been entirely drama free however, as there were some who took issue with their on the job relationship. At one point, Todd was even willing to leave the show in order to pursue the relationship. Once those issues were resolved, the two were free to take their relationship to the next level. The two kept their engagement a secret for several weeks after the proposal due to contractual obligations with Bravo, but as soon as the new season premiered, the two were ready to share the joyous news with the world.

The couple spent the holidays at the Bahamas enjoying some much needed time away from all the drama of the show, and speculation began at that point as pictures began to surface and each one had Kandi conveniently hiding her left hand. In the end, Todd made a great choice when it came to selecting a ring for his beloved.

Burruss picked out the ring at a store on a trip to Las Vegas and Tucker later had it shipped to Atlanta for the proposal. Riley of course gave her blessing and was there to provide morale support for her mother as the family begins their new journey.

George Lucas became a household name as the acclaimed director of the Star Wars movies, but these days he is making headlines for a very different reason. Lucas has recently sold his production company and revealed that he plans to move on to bigger and better things. After a six year relationship George Lucas and girlfriend Mellody Hobson are finally making it official. The two announced their engagement earlier this year.

The couple first met at a business conference with Lucas joking that such an event would be the only way that a financial person and a movie person would ever be in the same room. When asked about the secret to their successful relationship, the couple revealed that the main reason that the partnership works is that both parties are open-minded and ready for what the universe has to offer them. Neither person entered the relationship with a preconceived notion about the role necessary for an effective partner to play. Each has let the other be who they are and been allowed to discover the unexpected and brought their best to the relationship.

This will be the first marriage for Hobson and the second marriage for Lucas. The engagement was the result of careful planning on the part of Lucas who actually had the ring for six months prior to his proposal. There is no word yet on when or wear the nuptials will take place, but one detail that has been revealed is who will be walking the bride to be down the aisle. Hobson will be walked down the aisle by former New Jersey Senator and basketball Hall of Famer Bill Bradley. Bradley has been a father figure and mentor to Hobson for the majority of her adult life.
